AI Credits Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The AI Credits Referral Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring buyers or sellers to AI Credits. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a registered AI Credits account
Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices

3. Commission Structure

Referral commission is 10% of the brokerage fee earned by AI Credits on each completed deal involving your referral
Commission is earned only when a referred party completes a transaction that has been fully settled
Payment is made within 48 hours of deal completion
There is no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings

AI Credits reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to deals already in progress.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked through unique referral links or direct attribution confirmed by AI Credits. You are responsible for ensuring your referral link is used correctly. AI Credits' tracking records are final and binding.

5. Qualification

A referral qualifies for commission when:

The referred party is a new contact not previously known to AI Credits
The referred party completes at least one transaction facilitated by AI Credits
The referral was made in good faith and in compliance with these terms

6. Prohibited Activities

Referral partners may not:

Use misleading or false advertising about AI Credits or its services
Bid on AI Credits branded keywords in paid search campaigns without written approval
Send unsolicited emails, spam, or bulk messages to promote referral links
Misrepresent their relationship with AI Credits (e.g., claiming to be an employee or official representative)
Self-refer or create fake accounts to generate commissions

7. Payment

Commission payments are made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon between the referral partner and AI Credits. Partners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their commission income.

8. Termination

AI Credits reserves the right to terminate any referral partnership at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination:

Commissions for deals already completed will still be paid
Pending referrals that have not yet resulted in completed deals will not qualify for commission
Commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to fraud or material breach

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Credits is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by referral partners in connection with their participation in the program. The Referral Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
