AI Credits Refund Policy

1. Brokerage Service Model

AI Credits operates as a brokerage and intermediary service. We do not process payments between buyers and sellers, and we do not take custody of credits. All transactions are conducted directly between the parties under separate service agreements.

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to brokerage fees charged by AI Credits for its intermediary services.

2. Brokerage Fee Refunds

Brokerage fees paid to AI Credits may be refunded in the following circumstances:

AI Credits fails to deliver the agreed-upon intermediary services (matching, verification, facilitation)
A deal does not proceed due to AI Credits' inability to verify the credits as represented
Both parties mutually agree to cancel a deal before any transfer has occurred, and AI Credits agrees to waive its fee

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Brokerage fees are not refundable when:

A deal is completed and credits are successfully transferred between parties
A party withdraws from a deal after AI Credits has performed its verification and matching services
Issues arise between the buyer and seller after AI Credits has fulfilled its intermediary role
The buyer or seller breaches their own service agreement with the counterparty

4. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

AI Credits is not a party to the service agreements signed between buyers and sellers. Refund or replacement obligations arising from those agreements are the responsibility of the respective parties, not AI Credits.

However, AI Credits may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediating disputes between parties it has introduced.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of brokerage fees, contact us at help@aicredits.co within 14 days of the fee payment. Include your deal reference number and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 12-15 working days to the original payment method.
